  • The size of the double block at this prestigeous location allowed the construction of a separate building to provide additional living areas without impacting on the adjoining heritage listed dwelling.

Connected by an elevated glazed bridge, the new building provides generously scaled accommodation including a lounge and billiard room and a wrap around verandah overlooking the pool and harbour.

The lower level entertaining area opens onto paved terraces and the new swimming pool concourse, which includes an infinity edge overlooking the harbour. A basement level further adds a wine cellar and space for a home cinema.

The steep and challenging site required careful construction of new terraced levels for the pool and gardens to protect and integrate the large fig tree into the overall landscaped concept.
