This project required a complete building refurbishment of an existing four storey commercial building in the heart of Double Bay. A new façade and structural upgrades were required to bring the building into the 21st Century, including column strengthening, a new passenger lift, fire stairs and services.
A new retail awning and ground floor further enhances the vibrant street scene and the three upper levels comprise commercial fitouts including reception areas, board rooms, open plan workstations, end of trip facilities and a gymnasium.
