Pallas House was a complete refurbishment of an existing building including additional levels of prime office accommodation for the permanent HQ of a fast growing and successful development company.
The design of the new curtain wall façades reinstated the aesthetic and form of the original building facade, respecting the existing structure and its distinctive architectural presentation.
The upper level setback provides external landscaped and furnished balcony areas amongst the established street tree canopies as breakout and entertainment spaces, while at street level the new raised awning over the footpath enhances the prominent corner location of the landmark building.
Boutique food and beveridge facilities fronting the footpath contribute to the vibrant village feel of the Double Bay locale.
